Filing Fee Application - Online Site Maintenance Winter/Spring 2022

The Online Filing Fee Application is currently undergoing significant upgrades. As a result, the application is down. We anticipate the application to be back up at the end of March 2022. Students who wish to apply for Spring 2022 Filing Fee should fill out the PDF petition, available on our website and attached to this email. Submit the petition to academicservices@grad.ucla.edu. As a reminder, we do accept electronic signatures in lieu of ink signatures at this time.
