TimberFever ® Design Competition - Sign Up 2025!

 Welcome to TimberFever 2025!

We would like to invite you to the 11th annual TIMBERFEVER® Design Build Competition presented by Moses Structural Engineers!

TimberFever is a 4-day design-build competition, consisting of a full-day design charrette and two full days of construction. Participants will be able to communicate with each other as well as practicing architects and engineers during the design period. At the end of the design phase, participants will enter the construction phase and will be asked to build their design with the assistance of representatives from the Carpenters’ District Council of Ontario. At the end of this period all wood structures will be judged through by the selected panelists.

If you are passionate about designing, enjoy a challenge, and want the opportunity to meet fellow students, then we would love to hear from you! The application process for TimberFever is very competitive with around 100 students from across Canada selected to compete in the event. Students are invited to submit their applications using the link below.

If you are selected, there will be a $30 registration fee, and you will be requested to confirm your participation through email. Everyone participating will be required to wear safety boots.
