●     Position Title: Civil Engineering Associate
●     Location: Remote
●     Hours: M-F 8 AM - 5 PM PST
●     Sponsorship: We Sponsor work visas for qualified international student candidates.
●     Schedule: Full-Time and Summer 2025 Internship
●     Duration: June 23, 2025 – August 22, 2025 for Summer 2025 Internship and June 23, 2025 start date for the full-time position.
●     Pay: Up to $50/hour, depending on qualifications
Role:
○     Work on single-family and multi-family residential engineering projects, ensuring compliance with building and safety standards.
○     Create construction plans and detailed drawings with supporting calculation packages using AutoCAD, and Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications for Both Positions:
●     One year work experience or equivalent proficiency in AutoCAD, and  Microsoft Excel.
●     Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required
●     Strong understanding of civil engineering principles related to residential buildings
●     Excellent communication and organizational skills
●     Ability to work independently in a remote environment
●     High attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
