Cotton, Shires and Associates, Inc. (CSA) is a professional civil and geotechnical consulting firm with offices in Thousand Oaks and Los Gatos, California. CSA specializes in addressing soil slope stability problems (investigation, testing, analysis, stabilization design and construction management), evaluating and mitigating seismic geohazards, and providing geotechnical services for buildings, bridges, and water and wastewater infrastructure projects for public agencies and private corporations. Our goal is to remain on the leading edge of the engineering geologic and geotechnical engineering professions, and that begins with motivated and self‐driven staff.
