UCLA Library - Request for Workshop topics

By Anonymous -

The UCLA Library is coordinating a series of free workshops designed to meet the needs of advanced researchers across the campus. During Winter Quarter we will offer workshops on topics such as: Introduction to R, Research Data Management, GIS, Presentation Software, etc.  In addition, as part of this series, some graduate students have offered to present research projects that utilize tools and methods they have found useful.

We are asking for your help in suggesting topics for workshops that you would make plans to attend. UCLA librarians are very much interested in ways the library can build and sustain communities of practice around research tools, methods and workflows.

We designed this quick (5 minute) survey to gather your feedback.  The information you provide will help guide our choices of workshop topics and timing. If you have any questions, you may contact me: zoe@library.ucla.edu   Thanks!
