Important Info for Doctoral Students Planning on Filing Spring 2018

Registered and enrolled students have until the last day of the quarter to complete degree requirements, including filing their theses or dissertations. However, the Spring 2018 filing deadline for registered and enrolled students is Friday, June 15, 2018 (5:00 p.m. PST), which falls after the Doctoral Hooding Ceremony on Thursday, June 14, 2018.  As a result, doctoral students who plan to file in Spring 2018 and would like to a) participate in the Spring 2018 Doctoral Hooding Ceremony and b) list their information in the Hooding Booklet, must file their dissertations (including all committee approvals) by Friday, June 1, 2018 (5:00 p.m. PST).
