New student group 314 Action UCLA

By Anonymous -
314 Action UCLA is a new organization at UCLA open to students, researchers, staff, faculty, and community members interested in advocating for scientific clarity to the general public. It is part of a national political interest group geared specifically for the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) fields. Our goal is to encourage individuals in STEM fields to get involved in politics and to promote clarity and discussion of the science related to politics and public policy. We are a local chapter of the national 314 Action organization (http://www.314action.org/).
