CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER
LENA Group is seeking a multi-faceted construction and development manager to work
closely with principals and partners, oversee projects and help manage and grow the
construction arm of a boutique, creative development firm. We are a small shop doing big
projects and we’re looking for a highly motivated manager who can participate in the firm’s
future growth; a self-starting leader who can both take and give direction constructively. We
need someone with a passion for building, an eye for design and an interest in real estate
development. This candidate must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, build
strong relationships and hold integrity above all else.

Construction management degrees are preferred. Multi-family construction experience a
must. This candidate must highly organized, generate and meet project schedules, possess
strong writing and presentation skills, and be a service-oriented team player who can thrive
independently in a fast-paced environment.
