Electric Vehicle and Grid Integration Project - Funded student position
This is a funded position open to undergrad and grad students. Before applying
for the position, candidates should make sure that they are comfortable with the topics listed below. We are looking for the student to assist the
Electric Vehicle (EV) - Grid research team in engineering and to participate in
activities pertaining to the following topics and activities:

    - Understanding EVs as they are used for electric grid support activities
    - Studing economic value provided by a vehicle that has G2V and V2G capabilities with respect to grid markets and CAISO.
    - Investigating data on location dependent volatility in CAISO.
    - Investigating the above opportunities for the entire country.
    - Performing literature review on EVs and Grid.
    - Writing reports and briefs on the above and related topics.

The project has already started so the student would have to learn quickly. The
project is expect to last until end of August.
