2016 EQUITY, INCLUSION & DIVERSITY GRADUATE WELCOME DAY

By -
Join us on Thursday, September 15, 2016 for EID Graduate Welcome Day. This is an event for ALL graduate students that focuses on issues that are particularly challenging to underrepresented students. New graduate students will have the opportunity to learn about resources, network, and become acquainted with the university in a supportive environment. The goal of the Welcome Day is to help new graduate students make personal connections and to promote an inclusive campus climate, personal well-being, and academic success. The event is free of charge. Lunch will be provided. The afternoon sessions will be followed by a networking event for all registered attendees.

This Welcome Day is not meant to be a replacement for the university-wide Orientation on Friday, September 16, but is instead ANOTHER opportunity to become a part of the UCLA Graduate Student Community.
