Women's Transportation Seminar (WTS) is an
international organization with more than 5,000 members. WTS is
committed to excellence in the transportation industry and provides
opportunities for member career advancement through the exchange of
information, ideas, and experiences.
To
encourage women pursuing careers in transportation, the Orange County
Chapter of WTS will be offering multiple graduate, undergraduate,
community college, and high scholarships this year to women in Southern
California. In 2015, WTS Orange County awarded ten scholarships: four to
undergraduate students for $4,000, four to graduate students for
$5,000, one to a community college student for $2,500, and one to a high
school student for $3,500. The number of scholarships and the amounts
for the 2016-2017 academic year will be determined following a review of
the applications received.

that the copy of the applicant’s official transcript does not need to
be sent through traditional mail. The transcript and all other materials
should be submitted electronically. Please complete the application,
scan the entire application packet (including attachments) and send as a
