Conference Travel and Research Funding Opportunity

The Civil and Environmental Engineering Department has a limited amount of funding available for graduate students participating in conference travel and travel for research from July 2015 – May 2016.  Please read more information regarding this funding opportunity on the Graduate Student Funding website.  A brief overview is below:

Eligibility 
– PhD or MS Civil and Environmental Engineering student. Preference is given to PhD students.
– Registered during the quarter funding will expense. If funds will be used during summer, student must have been registered in the prior spring quarter and will be registered in the following fall or winter quarter.
– For conference travel, student must have presented paper or poster.
Instructions 
Please fill out the Conference and Research Travel Request Form and return to the Civil and Environmental Engineering Student Affairs Officer in Boelter Hall 5732-A as soon as possible but no later than two weeks after conference travel/research has concluded. Late and/or incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
