Who may participate in the 2014-2015 Commencement Ceremony?
Students with graduation term...
Summer 2014: Eligible, if did not participate in 2013-2014 ceremony via special request
Fall 2014: Eligible, if did not participate in 2013-2014 ceremony via special request
Winter 2015: Eligible, as long as you completed Civil Engineering degree requirements
Spring 2015: Eligible, as long as you will complete Civil Engineering degree requirements by end of Spring term
Summer 2015: Eligible via special request
Fall 2015: Eligible via special request

Submit CEE Commencement Survey & Graduate Student Survey: April 17th
Commencement Participation Special Request Due (if needed): April 24th
Name Change Due to Registrar’s Office (if needed): May 5th
Ticket Ordering: April 28th –May 12th
Ticket Pick-Up: May 21st –June 5th
Commencement: June 13th

What steps do I need to take if I plan to graduate by Fall 2015 and want to participate in the commencement ceremony?
Step 1: Complete CEE Commencement Survey by April 17th

Step 2: Complete Graduate Student Survey by April 17th
MS - Log into MyEngineering (https://my.engineering.ucla.edu/) & find the survey link in the yellow banner

Step 3: Visit the Commencement website for details about commencement, publications, tickets, and more!

Step 1: Complete CEE Commencement Survey by April 17th

You must complete the CEE Commencement Survey even if you do not plan on participating in commencement. This is especially important to complete if you wish to be included in the commencement program.

What steps do I need to take if I DO NOT plan to graduate in 2015?
MS students: As long as you submitted your MS Program of Study and indicated your intended graduation term as being later than 2015, there is nothing additional you need to do at this time.
PhD students: If you would like to email CEESAO@seas.ucla.edu to inform me of a potential graduation term I will update my records, however, you are not required to do so.
